For centuries, Mallorca has been famous for its high-quality sea salt. The salt is harvested from the salt pans located in Es Trenc (in the south-east of the island) and slowly dried in the Mallorcan sun, a time-honoured procedure. Every crystal captures the Mediterranean essence thanks to Es Trenc's pure water, hot summer temperatures, and sea breezes.
