Flor de Sal
For centuries, Mallorca has been famous for its high-quality sea salt. The salt is harvested from the salt pans located in Es Trenc (in the south-east of the island) and slowly dried in the Mallorcan sun, a time-honoured procedure. Every crystal captures the Mediterranean essence thanks to Es Trenc's pure water, hot summer temperatures, and sea breezes.

Was macht eure Spirituosen besonders?
Wir sind Mallorcas erste Bio-Craft-Destillerie und verwenden ausschließlich 15 handverlesene, biologische und lokal gesammelte Botanicals von der Insel. Jede Spirituose wird mit höchster Sorgfalt in unserem handgefertigten 500-Liter-Kupferkessel destilliert und fängt die wahre Essenz Mallorcas ein.
Woher kommen eure Zutaten?
Wir arbeiten eng mit lokalen Bio-Bauern auf ganz Mallorca zusammen. Darunter Tony und Susana aus der Tramuntana für Wacholder, Zitrusfrüchte und Lavendel, die Gamundi Familie für Mandelblüten von Son Penyaflor und ein Betrieb bei Ses Salines für biologische Tomatenzweige.
Seid ihr wirklich nachhaltig?
Ja, Nachhaltigkeit ist uns wichtig. Wir nutzen ausschließlich Bio-Botanicals, vollständig recycelbares Glas, nachhaltige Verpackungen und organische Tinten für unsere Etiketten. Seit 2024 produzieren wir mit Solarenergie und arbeiten daran, bis 2026 ein emissionsfreies Unternehmen zu werden. Überschüssige Energie geben wir ans Inselnetz zurück.
